What is the delivery time frame from Dublin to Manila?

ETA from Dublin takes within 8 weeks to Manila port area.

What is the box weight limit?

Though there are no weight limit, the cardboard boxes are designed up to a certain capacity.
If you exceed that capacity, the box may break and spill its contents.
Please make it a pleasant transaction and unreasonably heavy boxes causes back pains to the collector.
Help them save their backs by keeping your boxes in reasonable weight.
What item can I send  or put in the box?

Any personal items/ effects can be send as long as they are  NOT ILLEGAL.

 PENPlease use “Black” permanent ink. Don’t use whiteboard markers.

 RECEIVERWrite complete address in the box and preferably with a Landline or Mobile number. Please write boldly and legibly    on the box. Write the receiver’s details and address  at least twice or more at different sides of the box. Avoid “P.O. Box” as  recipient’s address to avoid delay in delivery.

 TAPEAvoid using gray duct tape or masking tape. Tape the bottom and top flaps of the box properly using packing tape and    preferably cover the sides with transparent packing tapes. If using transparent packing tape, write the sender and receiver info on    the box first before putting on the tape. No need to tie a rope into your box as we provide free strapping of your boxes.

PLASTIC BAGPlace a heavy duty plastic garbage bag inside the box before placing the contents to protect them from being wet especially during rainy season.

LIQUIDSHave all these items packed properly like shampoo, conditioners, lotions, perfumes, and other plastic or glass containers that contain fluids. Place these items in a separate plastic bag  in case of spillage and  to prevent any further damage of other items packed in the box. Avoid sending “FABRIC CONDITIONERS’ as they usually breaks off inside the box.

PERISHABLE ITEMSDo not send perishable items or banned items like fresh fruits, meat products and other not preserved items as they will be spoiled when it reaches the receiver.

TOYS & BATTERIESRemove batteries from the toys before packing.

POWERWrite a note for small electronic items that require 110V to prevent receiver from immediately plugging in the item, as Philippines outlets are usually 220V.

WEIGHTFor easy and safe handling, please do not deform or over weight the box, as this box is just made of  cardboard.

SCHEDULE FOR PICK UPWe will contact all our customers prior to collection of boxes to arrange pick up.

BOX LOCATIONAt the day your box is scheduled for pick up, please bring the box to your garage or near to your door for easier and faster collection.
